Given the fact that our track Pray (Empty Gun) is a 4 minute song, we decided to make an edit of it so that we'd require less elements; our philosophy being that the shorter and sweeter our song, the more visually striking and entertaining the music video will be.
Listening to the song, we decided that the bridge of the song was something we wanted to keep in our edit, so figuring out how to use a free audio editing software (audacity) I managed to snip out the second verse and chorus of the song so that it smoothly cut straight from the first verse and chorus to the bridge.
The cut was effective and the final audio timing is 2 minutes 35 seconds.
